The current issue of Bauwelt (18.2025) features a six-page article by Bernhard Schulz about our project Dockyard.

The office complex was built using a sustainable hybrid timber construction. It consists of a square and a rectangular structure, connected by a glass corridor with an exposed timber structure.

Certified timber from sustainable forestry was used for the supports, framework and ceilings. The construction is complemented by recycled concrete and recycled steel.

With an innovative energy concept that intelligently combines several renewable energy sources, the building operates in a climate-neutral manner. The utilisation concept creates ideal conditions for a sustainable working environment – flexible and user-centred.
