Directly on the border with Eppendorf, a new neighbourhood has been integrated into the established structure of Lokstedt, combining central living with a view of the countryside.

The Suederfeld Park neighbourhood development comprises around 9,000 sqm of parkland and 395 rental units on the 4.6-hectare site - from spacious family flats to one-bedroom flats. TCHOBAN VOSS Architekten designed a total of three of the 10 building plots with around 123 flats and 10,500 sqm of living space, including 125 underground car parking spaces.

The neighbourhood has created space for green urban living in the heart of Hamburg. The public park, many green spaces and the individually and idyllically designed inner courtyards offer the best conditions for this. The existing trees have been preserved as far as possible.
