The existing building fabric was renovated in accordance with the preservation order. The extraordinary historical significance of the location with its high value in terms of archaeology and monument preservation, characterized by overlapping different eras and uses, will be brought to life with the renovation and continued with modern means through structurally necessary additions and the completely new use.
