In two construction phases, TCHOBAN VOSS Architekten planned a barrier-free office building ensemble consisting of two C-shaped four- to five-storey structures, which now serves as the new headquarters of Hamburg's largest fintech company Serrala. With a total rental area of approx. 8,000 sqm, the financial company has sufficient space for its 400 employees as well as enough room for upcoming expansions.

The building, with its sustainable green roof construction, a spacious agora and glass bridges connecting the various building complexes, is a technically, ecologically and architecturally sophisticated showcase project in the Hamburg region.

With a large-scale green roof, the Sky Campus is following the important building trend of bringing nature back into the city with green roofs.
