The building is volumetrically orientated to the geometry of the site and widens out in the direction of the riverbank. The shape of the building is stepped with sweeping curves that give the structure a visual structure. The height of the building and the arrangement of the storeys relate directly to the topography of the site, with its gradient towards the water.

The property in an exposed location on the lake has generous access to the water.

The rear-ventilated wooden façade made of rhombus mouldings in glazed thermo ash structures the façade vertically. The façade is divided horizontally by white, weather-resistant coated metal sheet strips. The expressive window curves and protruding balconies further accentuate the façade and the shape of the building, allowing generous views of Lake Griebnitzsee and bringing the surrounding nature into the interior of the building.
