The urban neighbourhood is characterised by a lively gastronomic, cultural and club scene. The new twelve-storey building with its 77 flats is directly connected to a renovated and modernised existing building from 1984, the OXO Apartments Berlin-Mitte, whose geometric floor plans are reminiscent of the OXO computer game developed in 1952 and which gave the entire project its name. Both buildings form a harmonious ensemble of old and new.

The façades of the new residential tower are clad with light-coloured Alucobond panels in the area adjacent to the existing building, the colour of which harmonises with the colouring of the existing façades.
