The façade design responds to the surroundings in a differentiated way: box-type windows and a double-skin façade facing Stuttgarter Platz and the city railway viaduct create quiet, window-ventilated practice and office spaces. The staircase, which is now clearly visible towards the square, creates a third dimension, while the lines of the cluster-like façade echo the basic lines of the neighbouring buildings. In keeping with the building's use as a medical centre, the staircase is adorned with an excerpt from the Geneva Medical Code, thus making the building's function visible far into the urban space.

A narrow block courtyard, currently used for car parking spaces, will be built over in terraces and connected to the ground and upper floors of the three neighbouring buildings, which have been converted into retail space. This will create a quiet environment for the neighbouring and newly created flats, some of which will even have direct access to the elevated and landscaped courtyard.
