In materiality, colour and texture, the facades take up the brick architecture of the surroundings and receive rhythm and plasticity through the cut loggias or balconies.

The existing single-storey buildings were replaced by two staggered four-storey structures, which serve as a spatial conclusion to the northern open space at the edge of the settlement. The differentiated staggered storeys additionally structure the volumes in a moderate way. The existing settlement structure was continued and the tree population that characterises the location was preserved.

The design adopted the granularity of the surroundings and corresponds with the adjacent buildings to the south.
