The basic shape of the building corresponds to an elongated block, from which two small courtyards enclosed on three sides are cut out alternately, creating an S-shaped floor plan. One courtyard faces the De-Saint-Exupery-Strasse and forms the main entrance to the building.

Some of the building's roof surfaces have been intensively greened and fitted with two technical bays, which are set back from the eaves on all sides and concealed with a sheet metal façade.
