The building consists of two volumes, an administration block and a multi-storey car park, both of which sit on a single-storey base. The administration block was given a meandering shape in its utilisation areas, similar in plan to the elongated letter W, flattened at the corners.

The resulting angles have created inner patios on the roof of the base storey. The individual sections of the building are connected by glazed multi-storey gallery corridors.

The façade is clad with glass panels of different colours. Although the complex consists of different and sometimes independent sections, this façade gives the building a uniform appearance.

The variety of materials used for the façade also includes natural wood: this is noticeable in the striking roofing of the main entrance, for example. Inside the building, the architects also used wood for the majority of the common areas.
