The bay windows typical of the area on Kurfürstendamm and Knesebeckstraße, which extend from the first to the fourth floor, and the corner accentuation are particularly in keeping with the location. In addition, the showcases typical of the Ku'damm were restored at the former front garden boundary. The classic division into plinth, corpus and mezzanine is echoed in the stacking of uses, right up to the prestigious flats on the staggered storeys. The corner accentuation on the 7th floor was designed as an ellipsoidal tower-like structure, creating a light-flooded living space with a view over the city.

The profiling of the fine-grained, homogeneous limestone façade in cornice bands and pilaster strips echoes historical models. The colour and surface texture of the limestone harmonise with the local plaster buildings.
