The Coca Cola headquarters are located in Berlin's Osthafen area on the River Spree. In terms of its orientation, cubature and design, the seven-storey building blends in with the existing old and new neighbouring buildings.

The shape of the building resembles a box with three similar façades and an open side facing the Spree. The southern façade facing the river is fully glazed; it is fronted by gallery-like balconies the full width of the building and covered with a building-high structure as rigid sun protection.

The other three façades are flat, divided into storeys by differently positioned window bands and clad with glazed ceramic elements in various shades of red.

The entrance is located in the centre of the street façade and leads into the spacious, partly two-storey lobby with the reception area. The office areas are predominantly designed as open-plan spaces in line with an open-space concept, with individual offices formed by glass walls. The chosen building grid allows for a very flexible layout.
