The new residential ensemble was built on a gap between Alte Schoenhauser Strasse and Rueckerstrasse. The new buildings make reference to the existing historical buildings and thus internalise the spirit of Wilhelminian-style development.

The two sides facing the street are clad in clinker brick in a warm, slightly iridescent beige colour. The five-storey building facing Alte Schoenhauser has a clear and strict grid of arched windows. The different depths of the arches create a slight tension in the façade tectonics. Commercial uses on the ground floor are presented in wide window openings.

The character of the building changes on Rueckerstrasse. The three-storey building with large rectangular windows is more in keeping with the quiet atmosphere of the quiet, narrow Rückerstraße. The window surrounds of both buildings are whitewashed, adding depth to the surface.

The green, quiet inner courtyard is home to four townhouses, which are arranged in pairs.
