Characterised by the Grunewald chain of lakes and an open, villa-like development, the approximately 7,800 sqm site of the former villa of publisher Hans Ullstein is located in a park-like setting on the north-western shore of Lake Diana. The villa was built in 1914-1915, used as a hospital building in the meantime and extended in 1939.

Following its demolition and reconstruction, the stately building now houses eleven high-quality condominiums, all of which have their own terraces, balconies or private gardens.

Two new city villas as ‘gatehouses’, each with three flats, round off the complex to form an exclusive ensemble. The gatehouses are connected to the lakeside villa via an underground passageway. There is an underground car park beneath the gatehouses.
