The exterior appearance of the two-storey building is characterised by the flat roof and the spacious terrace on the first floor. The wide overhang creates an enclosed and versatile forecourt on the south side of the house.

The solid plinth area is set at ground level and finished in brick. Its façades face south with wide window fronts. The upper floor has floor-to-ceiling glazing on all sides and thus offers the residents an unrestricted view of the forest and garden.

The ground floor comprises living and dining areas, kitchen, study, cloakroom, guest WC and a utility room. A fireplace completes the cosy atmosphere. There are three bedrooms on the upper floor. The sculptural spiral staircase acts as a functional and formal connecting element throughout all floors.
