
The main parts of the conversion measures were the creation of a new entrance, the conversion of the central mall into large-scale retail, the creation of a new food court, the modernisation of the mall and the fundamental upgrading of the façades. The triangular overall structure with its two dominant glass roofs has a clear and self-confident architectural language. The two main entrance areas are particularly emphasised.

The interior design of the centre continues to focus on light-flooded elliptical forums. Customer-intensive large-scale anchor tenants alternate with small specialist shops and shops and invite visitors to linger in the catering facilities. Quiet zones and communication areas complete the centre's offering.
