The office solitaire is a closed, three- to four-storey building with a large roof garden and underground car park. The almost square inner courtyard forms the centre of the building. This serves as a green oasis for employees and a prestigious location for guests.

The entrance area to Ruebenkamp is characterised by a two-storey glass façade. The building façade consists of thin red-coloured facing bricks in front of sand-lime brick rear masonry, with dark grouting, coal-fired, in a wild bond. The facing brick around the windows is set back and set off with a rolled layer in areas between the windows.

Workstations and meeting rooms are located on the first two upper floors. The executive offices, a large conference room and access to the roof terrace are located on the third floor. A spacious spiral staircase on the first floor also provides access to the office space above and ensures optimised office processes thanks to short distances.
