The Portonovi project in Montenegro was initiated in 2012 and is being developed in two construction phases. Phase 1, completed by 2021, delivered hotels, villas, residential buildings, spas, a marina, a beach, and retail areas. The overall site covers a total area of 26 hectares.

The upcoming second phase includes the development of the western villa district, the Upper Village, and a new beach. This phase covers an area of approximately 9 hectares.

The Upper Village will feature residential buildings with a total saleable area of 16,940 sqm, while the western zone will comprise villas with a total area of 23,480 sqm.
