The office complex comprises two building sections of five storeys each, providing around 10,000 sqm of flexibly usable office space with capacity for approximately 300 workplaces. An integrated underground car park with 97 parking spaces complements the infrastructure.
The façade design and building massing respond to the urban context of the Speicherstadt. Traditional round-arched windows and clinker brick plinths are referenced and reinterpreted in a contemporary manner.
From the outset, NOTUS has been designed to meet high ecological standards. The project is intended to be realised in accordance with the criteria of DGNB Gold certification and to comply with the requirements of the Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings (QNG). These specifications significantly influence decisions regarding material selection, energy efficiency, CO₂ balance, building services and construction processes, with the aim of ensuring long-term, resource-efficient operation.
