The new building is divided into two 6-story components, which are connected underground via a shared underground car park and form a campus-like area. House 1 , located directly on Salomon-Heine-Weg, is based on a ridge structure, while House 2 to the east encloses an inner courtyard on four sides. Attractive outdoor areas consisting of closed and semi-open courtyards connect the ensemble and act as a third place. This creates powerful places that invite you to linger and work. Green roofs, intensive planting on the farms and the restoration of a biotope represent ecological quality.

In both houses, the lower roof areas are made available to the tenants as roof terraces, thereby strengthening the desired connection with the green zones inside and outside the area. All terraces face west and thus towards the green belt on the Tarpenbek.

The height development and orientation of the buildings, the architectural language based on classic industrial buildings, materials, colors and formats unite the two houses. However, it is not planned that they will be completely the same. Each of the two houses has unique design features, so that both develop their own identity despite the parallels. As an analogy, one could perhaps speak of two siblings, but they are not twins. The defining material of the facades is a light-colored facing stone.
