Two office buildings with partial commercial uses at ground-floor level are planned on Plot 5. According to the current design, the buildings are connected via a shared access and circulation concept. The square building volume to the east is planned as a perimeter block structure with up to seven above-ground storeys. From the first floor upwards, it is organised around an open inner courtyard and connects to the party wall of the neighbouring development to the east via a three-storey bridge structure.

The glazed bridge structure to the west links the newly planned residential development on Plot 4 with the square office building to the east designed by TCHOBAN VOSS Architekten. It connects to the main building on Plot 5 at second-floor level and is planned with four above-ground storeys.

Both building sections are designed as office buildings with up to four separate units per floor. The basement level is designated for an underground car park, bicycle parking, storage rooms and building services areas.

The site contains listed vaulted cellars, which will be integrated into the design.
