The functional and spatial connection is made floor by floor via a recessed four-storey connecting structure.
The depth of the building was designed for a two-storey office structure with a central corridor. The depth of the building and the building line are based on the existing building (‘glass tower’). The floor plan was designed according to the client's space utilisation concept.
The main access continues to be via the main entrance of the existing building in Holbeinstrasse.
