With different eaves heights, the volume is divided into a lower part and an urbanistically dominant tower. Thanks to the U-shaped floor plan, it was also possible to integrate a representative inner courtyard.

While the ground floor and first floor have an aluminium and glass façade with columns or pilasters, the façade from the first floor upwards is clad entirely in Kohlplatter shell limestone. The vertical structure is formed by two-storey-long, chequered pilasters. Horizontally, the volume is enclosed by continuous bands on each storey.
