The Lippewohnpark in Luenen was planned as a green, quiet residential quarter close to the city centre with a total of eight buildings.

The 13,400 sqm property is located directly on the openly designed Luenen River Park, which leads from the city centre along the river into the countryside.

Along the high bank, six of the houses were built as five- to six-storey urban villas with a square floor plan and staggered upper storeys. There are nine residential units in each of the buildings. All flats are equipped with a balcony or roof terrace.

The exterior walls of all the buildings consist of double-skin facing brickwork. The façades are designed in a restrained, light colour palette with grey, white and sand-coloured tones and some have relief surfaces. All houses can be accessed barrier-free.
