North of Leipzig city centre, in the immediate vicinity of the main railway station, a hotel and residential complex has been built on the waterfront, consisting of a six-storey hotel on Berliner Straße and a three- to six-storey residential ensemble on the Parthe river.

The hotel forms a simple block at the edge of the street and also acts as sound insulation for the three-part residential ensemble in the inner courtyard.

The hotel has 224 rooms and a restaurant on the ground floor next to the reception. The residential complex offers 45 rental apartments with one to five rooms and loggias, as well as an additional 74 furnished rooms in shared flats as a co-living option. The inner courtyard features the hotel's outdoor area and private green spaces for residents with a view of the water.

The street façade of the hotel is designed as a perforated façade with light-coloured clinker brick slips and has a transparent post-and-beam façade on the ground floor, which allows views into the public areas of the hotel. The courtyard façade of the hotel is finished in light-coloured plaster, similar to the residential buildings.
