The inner courtyard features the hotel's outdoor area and private green spaces for residents with a view of the water.
The street façade of the hotel is designed as a perforated façade with light-coloured clinker brick slips and has a transparent post-and-beam façade on the ground floor, which allows views into the public areas of the hotel. The courtyard façade of the hotel is finished in light-coloured plaster, similar to the residential buildings.
