The complex consists of a street-aligned high-rise block, a perimeter block with a secured entrance leading to a green inner courtyard, and four towers set within a park. All three components feature highly detailed natural stone façades, large windows, and wide balconies. A restaurant is planned on the roof of the high-rise. The ground floor and part of the first floor are open to the public and will accommodate luxury retail spaces and restaurants.
