The street façade is designed as an irregular, strong, rear-ventilated curtain wall made of visually folded Corten steel sheets. The quieter rear façades facing the courtyard were designed as a smooth curtain wall, also made of Corten steel. The new building, constructed in monolithic reinforced concrete, consists of six full storeys and a recessed staggered storey with roof terraces. On the east side, the first floor of the building opens onto an inner courtyard with a roof garden.
