Six normal storeys and one staggered storey are spread over a total floor area of more than 7,000 sqm. The organisation of the standard floors, which are designed purely for office use, allows for flexible single and multi-tenant solutions. Due to the connection to the neighbouring residential development on the east side, the number of storeys changes from five to three. The different roof areas have been converted into spacious terraces. Two small, extensively planted inner courtyards with various seating areas can also be used at ground floor level.

The façade, which is clearly gridded by vertically aligned windows, has reveals and bands of light grey natural stone (Dietfurt limestone) along the streets, the colour of which contrasts with the anodised shade of the metal windows and all other metal components. The façade facing Bei den Muehren street is subtly divided into three building sections by the central incision. The orientation of the 45° slanted window reveals, which changes from storey to storey, creates a lively façade appearance in different lighting conditions and viewing angles.
