The B’Ella project is being developed in the Berlin district of Tempelhof-Schoeneberg, in close proximity to Suedkreuz station, one of the capital’s key transport hubs. The quarter forms part of a larger urban development area and comprises office, residential and complementary commercial uses.

The building section designed by TCHOBAN VOSS Architekten along Ella-Barowsky-Strasse / Gotenstrasse is divided into an elongated, south-facing office plot and a west-facing residential plot, each rising to six storeys. An open, two-storey corner gateway provides access to the shared, landscaped inner courtyard.

The façade design varies according to use. The office spaces feature a calm, rhythmically articulated clinker brick façade with generous window openings in an industrial style.

The residential section is executed as a light-coloured rendered façade with reliefs and refined detailing. Eaves lines and overall building heights are aligned with the surrounding existing buildings, allowing the new development to integrate harmoniously into the neighbourhood context.
