The project includes two five-star hotels, one with approximately 200 to 250 rooms and a second with 100 to 150 rooms, as well as 500 apartments on the upper floors of the towers. The podium-level lobby will feature restaurants, conference and banquet facilities for 1,000 to 1,500 guests, and a spa and fitness area with a 20 to 25 meter swimming pool.
