The plans call for a modern complex comprising a production hall with an integrated innovation centre and a directly adjoining raw materials warehouse. The complex, situated not far from the Bauerfeind Tower, is complemented by a striking standalone building housing a new company restaurant and multifunctional spaces for meetings, training sessions and conferences.
A central promenade, generous green spaces and a park link the existing and new buildings to form a modern, attractive campus. A special feature is the specially modelled hill, which will serve as a natural space for employees to relax.
Construction is expected to begin in June 2026, with completion scheduled for 2028.
