Dockyard has been awarded WELL Core Platinum, the highest certification level under the WELL Building Standard.

WELL Core is a standalone rating system for building shells that focuses on the well-being of future occupants. WELL Core projects receive WELL Core certification at the Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum levels.

The WELL certification evaluates buildings based on the following key criteria:

Air: Air quality and purification.
Water: Water quality and access.
Nutrition: Availability and promotion of healthy foods.
Light: Lighting that supports the circadian rhythm.
Movement: Promotion of physical activity.
Thermal Comfort: Temperature and humidity control.
Acoustic comfort: Noise reduction.
Materials: Use of low-toxicity materials.
Mental health: Support for mental and emotional well-being.
Community: Promotion of social interaction and community activities.
