Jägerstraße 48
Berlin-Mitte | 2014
New residence building with underground parking

Jägerstraße is situated in Berlin's historical centre called Friedrichstadt near Hausvogteiplatz, Schlossplatz and Unter den Linden, and is the east entrance to the famous Gendarmenmarkt on the grounds of the former baroque fortification. The street was named after the royal hunting court and from Wilhelm II's regency to the end of World War II was an important finance and fashion centre of the dynamically developing Berlin. The exclusive residence, a project implemented by the Groth Group, replaces a 1980ies building. The “Belles Etages“ provides unique apartments in a central yet very quiet location. The classical and elegant architecture of this representative new estate follows the glamorous tradition of the former financial district. Adding to conveniences like concierge service and a club lounge, the apartment's choice furnishings include premium oak decking, a fireplace, fully fitted kitchens, natural stone bathrooms, floor heating partially combined with air conditioning, and saunas. Sizes range from 70 to 290 square meters.
The concept was developed in cooperation with Patrick Hellmann.
