Adina Apartment Hotel Hauptbahnhof
Berlin | 2009
New building

The apartment hotel is located in the Berlin district of Mitte between Invalidenstraße, Platz vor dem Neuen Tor and Hannoversche Straße. The four-star hotel, which is run by the Australian Toga Hospitality is located in direct vicinity of Berlin central station Hauptbahnhof and close to the Naturkundemuseum, two federal ministries and Charité University Hospital. The hotel was built in a premium Berlin location within walking distance to all major downtown attractions and particularly conveniently accessible by public transport. The stone façade on the ground floor constitutes the exquisite style of the chain by a generous elegance. The typical perforated façade of the seven upper floors is vividly designed. The window jambs vary in shape and arrangement and are alternating with the balcony axis color. Thus, the building gives the precinct around Platz vor dem Neuen Tor a distinctive face. In addition to its 139 apartments between 40 and 70 m², the building offers three meeting and conference rooms, an extensive SPA area and a restaurant. In the basement a car park has been integrated with approximately 30 individual parking spaces.
