The office and apartment building "coe48" by Trockland Koepenicker Str. 48 GmbH in Berlin's Mitte district has been completed and closes the gap between the buildings on the corner of Koepenicker Strasse and Wilhelmine-Gembert-Weg with its sculptural façades.
The neon artwork in the entrance hall of the residential building was created by Berlin artist Anna Nezhnaya.
